Do you only work with websites you built?

No. We often take over websites built by other developers. We review every website before accepting it, so we can be honest about its condition and what care it needs.

Will I be charged when I submit an assessment request?

No. Submitting a request is free. We only agree on payment after we've reviewed your website and you've approved our proposal.

Are requests unlimited?

No. Each plan covers a defined scope of work. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately so you always know the cost first.

How do I contact you?

You can reach us on WhatsApp or by email. Existing clients can also contact us through the client dashboard.

Do you work with businesses outside Bali?

Yes. We're based in Bali and most clients are in Indonesia, but we also work with international businesses.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can request an upgrade or change at any time. We'll confirm the new scope with you before anything changes.

Are the prices final?

Yes. These are the monthly plan prices. Extra work is quoted and approved before we start. Nothing is charged until you agree.
