Privacy Policy
PT CODISITE PUTRA INDONESIA ("Codisite", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit https://codisite.com, submit a website assessment, communicate with us, or use our services and Client Dashboard.
Effective date: 29 October 2026.
1. About Codisite and how to contact us
Codisite is a website care and development company based in Bali, Indonesia. We provide monthly website care, ongoing technical support, website development, and related digital services.
- Company: PT CODISITE PUTRA INDONESIA
- Location: Bali, Indonesia
- Website: https://codisite.com
- Privacy contact: hi@codisite.com
For privacy questions or requests, please email us. Do not send passwords or confidential access credentials through an ordinary website enquiry.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, business or organisation name, website URL, preferred plan, website platform, who built your website, the support you need, and messages or other details submitted in a website assessment. We may also process correspondence, account invitations, service requests, uploaded files, invoicing details, and information you provide to our team or through the Client Dashboard.
Account and service information. Where an account is created, we process account identifiers, access permissions, password hashes rather than plaintext passwords, the organisation associated with your account, and records needed to administer an agreed service. Staff may maintain notes relevant to assessments and service delivery. We may process information contained in client files or websites when authorised to work on them.
Technical information. Our hosting and security systems may process IP addresses, user-agent or browser information, requested paths, timestamps, and related security or operational logs. Optional website analytics information is described in sections 7–9.
Please avoid sending sensitive personal information, payment-card details, or third-party confidential information unless it is necessary for an agreed service and suitable arrangements are in place.
3. Why we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries; review websites and prepare assessments and proposals; manage invitations, client accounts, service requests, and invoices; deliver agreed website care and development work; communicate about services; protect accounts and systems; maintain records; and comply with applicable obligations. With your optional consent, we also measure how visitors use our public website to improve it.
Our legal basis for processing depends on the activity and applicable law. It may include steps you request before entering an agreement, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests where permitted, and consent when required. We do not sell personal information.
4. Website assessments and client accounts
Requesting a website assessment is free and does not automatically activate a paid plan or authorise any charge. We use the assessment details to evaluate your website and contact you about the request. Where the process requires an account, the application may create a pending organisation, client user, and time-limited invitation.
Authorised clients may use the Client Dashboard to access information associated with their organisation. Access is restricted by role and account permissions. Information we process on a customer's behalf while maintaining their website or systems may also be governed by the applicable service agreement or data-processing terms.
5. Security and sharing
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to our operations, including access controls and measures designed to protect accounts and submitted information. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
We may share information with service providers involved in hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics (only when consented to), and business operations; with authorised people acting for a client; or where required by law. We do so for the purposes described in this policy, subject to applicable contractual and legal protections. We do not publish client account data or sell personal information.
6. Essential cookies and analytics preferences
Our website uses essential session and security cookies to support sign-in, protect forms (including CSRF protection), and provide core functionality. These cookies are not used for advertising.
Your optional analytics choice is stored in a first-party cookie called codisite_analytics. It contains only granted or denied, not your name, email address, telephone number, submitted website URL, or assessment answers. The preference may remain for up to one year unless you change it or clear your browser cookies.
7. Optional Google Analytics
Only after you choose Accept Analytics, our website may load Google Tag Manager to use Google Analytics 4 on public marketing pages. This may measure pages visited, general device and browser characteristics, approximate geographic information, completed website-assessment requests, and clicks on our official WhatsApp button.
Our configured events are designed not to include your name, email address, phone number, submitted website URL, assessment message, passwords, or invitation tokens. However, when a Google tag is loaded, Google can receive technical data such as the current page URL, IP address, and browser information under Google's services and policies. We do not run GA4 within the Super Admin or Client Dashboard, and we do not currently deploy Google Ads or remarketing tags through this integration.
If you choose Reject Analytics, our consent-controlled implementation does not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics. Essential website functions remain available.
8. Your analytics choices
You can accept or reject optional analytics when prompted and can change your choice later through Cookie Preferences in the website footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from viewing pages, submitting an assessment, opening WhatsApp, or signing in.
When you withdraw consent, our implementation stops further optional analytics collection, expires applicable first-party Google Analytics cookies within this website's control, and reloads the page without Google Tag Manager. It does not erase information already processed by Google or affect essential session and security cookies.
9. Analytics providers and links
If you consent to optional analytics, Google and its relevant entities, which may include Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC depending on the applicable arrangements, process measurement data to provide Google Analytics services. Their terms and privacy information also apply. Read:
10. Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including assessment follow-up, service delivery, account administration, business records, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of record, an active client relationship, relevant legal requirements, and our operational retention procedures.
Where information is no longer required, we take appropriate steps to delete or anonymise it, subject to legal and operational requirements. Backup copies may persist after information is removed from active systems. Their retention and deletion depend on applicable backup procedures and legal requirements.
11. Transfers and third-party websites
Our service providers may operate infrastructure or process information outside Indonesia. Where personal information is processed outside Indonesia, that processing is subject to the providers' terms and to applicable law.
Our website may link to third-party websites or services, including WhatsApp and clients' websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you use those services. Codisite does not control their independent data practices.
12. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data we process, ask for access or correction, request deletion or restriction in applicable circumstances, withdraw consent where relevant, and exercise other rights available to you under Indonesian personal data protection law.
Send requests to hi@codisite.com. We may need reasonable verification to protect your data and will respond in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers, technologies, or legal obligations change. The most recent version and its effective date will be shown on this page. Where the law requires additional notice or consent, we will address that requirement.
