Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the website at https://codisite.com, requests for assessments, and access to the Codisite Client Dashboard. Codisite is operated by PT CODISITE PUTRA INDONESIA ("Codisite", "we", "us", or "our"), based in Bali, Indonesia.

When you purchase services from Codisite, the scope, fees, responsibilities, and commercial conditions are also governed by the specific proposal, statement of work, invoice terms, or written service agreement that you approve. If there is a conflict concerning an agreed paid service, the specific written agreement takes precedence over these general website Terms.

Effective date: 29 October 2026.

1. Our services

Codisite provides recurring website care and technical support, content and design updates, website development, performance and on-page improvements, troubleshooting, custom applications, and related digital solutions. Availability and scope depend on the selected service, the website's condition, and the terms agreed in writing. Not every service is included in every monthly plan.

2. Website assessments and proposals

You may submit a website assessment request without charge. An assessment is an opportunity for us to review the website and propose a suitable scope; it is not a guarantee of acceptance or an agreement to begin paid work. We may accept, request more information about, or decline an enquiry.

Submitting an assessment, receiving an invitation, or registering a client account does not automatically activate a subscription or authorise a charge. The relevant scope and commercial terms must be confirmed and agreed before a paid service begins.

3. Monthly plans and scope of work

Our website describes monthly care plans and other services to help businesses understand our offering. The approved proposal or service agreement defines the included work, any request or service allowances, deliverables, and responsibilities for each client.

Monthly plans are not unlimited support or unlimited development. Work beyond the agreed scope—such as a significant redesign, major new feature, complex integration, or extensive new content—may require a separate quotation and your approval before we proceed. We do not imply that every requested change is included or feasible.

4. Fees, invoicing, and payment

Published prices may be updated from time to time, but the applicable service fee, billing period, payment method, and payment due date for an engagement are those agreed in its written commercial documents.

Codisite currently administers service invoicing and records payments through its staff-managed workflow. The website assessment and client account process does not automatically charge a payment card or initiate a paid subscription. Third-party costs—including domains, hosting, licenses, paid plugins, APIs, and external subscriptions—are included only where the written scope expressly says so.

If payment is late, any right to pause work or take other action is subject to the specific agreement and applicable law. We do not impose a universal payment penalty in these Terms.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information and ensuring they have authority to request work on the website, domain, accounts, and systems involved. They should supply needed materials, access, and approvals; maintain rights to content and third-party assets they provide; communicate material changes affecting the work; and review changes that require their approval.

Clients remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of their business content and regulated claims. Delays in providing access, decisions, or materials may affect delivery timing.

6. Client Dashboard and account security

Eligible clients may be invited to the Client Dashboard to view relevant organisation information, service requests, and records. Access is permission-based, and each user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and notifying Codisite promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

Users must not attempt to access another organisation's information, bypass security controls, disrupt the service, upload unlawful material, or misuse the platform. Codisite may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, or comply with law, subject to applicable agreements.

7. Support, availability, and results

We aim to provide competent and responsive services within the agreed scope. However, websites depend on third-party hosting, software, network infrastructure, and systems that can fail or change.

Unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise, we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, zero security incidents, specific search-engine rankings, a particular PageSpeed score, a fixed number of enquiries or sales, 24-hour support, immediate response times, or unlimited requests. Specific service levels and response arrangements, if any, must be agreed in writing.

8. Third-party tools and providers

Work may depend on third-party providers such as hosting companies, content management systems, licensed software, APIs, analytics services, and payment or communication providers. These services may have their own terms and charges. Unless agreed otherwise, clients remain responsible for accounts and licences held in their name.

Codisite may help investigate third-party issues as part of agreed support, but cannot guarantee the independent availability or conduct of those providers.

9. Ownership and intellectual property

Codisite's branding, public website content, and original materials belong to Codisite or their respective rights holders. Clients retain their pre-existing trademarks, content, and other materials and authorise Codisite to use them only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed work.

Ownership of newly developed code, designs, documentation, licences, third-party components, access rights, and handover deliverables is determined by the relevant written service or project agreement. Open-source and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable terms.

10. Confidentiality and information protection

Services may require access to non-public business information and technical systems. We use reasonable safeguards and limit access to authorised purposes related to delivering services. Clients should avoid sending passwords or confidential information over inappropriate channels.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, a separate client data-processing or confidentiality agreement. Neither party should disclose the other's confidential information except as authorised, required for services, or permitted by law or an agreement.

11. Changes, cancellation, and termination

Any changes to an active service, cancellation notice, renewal terms, refunds where applicable, suspension rights, final invoicing, and handover obligations are governed by the specific approved proposal or service agreement. These general website Terms do not create a universal notice period or an automatic-renewal commitment.

When a service ends, both parties should follow their written agreement for outstanding work, access, files, accounts, and payments. Legal or confidentiality obligations may continue where applicable.

12. Website information and limitation of promises

We make reasonable efforts to keep service descriptions, examples, and pricing information accurate, but the public website provides general information and is not a guarantee of a particular business or technical outcome. Portfolio examples describe previous work, not promised results for every client.

Nothing in these Terms excludes legal rights, obligations, or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any specific limitation of liability for paid services must be assessed under applicable law and the agreed written contract.

13. Applicable law and resolving concerns

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia unless the parties agree otherwise in a separate written contract. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve questions or disputes directly. Unresolved matters will be handled under applicable law and any dispute-resolution provisions of the agreed contract. These website Terms do not themselves choose a court or arbitration forum.

14. Updates to these Terms

We may revise these general website Terms to reflect changes to the site, services, or applicable law. The latest version and effective date will be posted on this page. Updates to website Terms do not automatically override separately signed client agreements.
